| The company was founded by our
managing director who had been a professional banker through better part of his illustrious career, having more than two decades of hands on experience in various sections of banking in a large public sector bank. He
had the proud privilege of guiding the first branch computerization in the public sector banking and so also the installation of the first ATM. He
is considered to be a pioneer in the field.
When software solutions in the BFSI sector were in its infancy, and having studied the existing lacunae in the available solutions at that time, he decided to devote his energies to develop a full fledged solution that would be suitable for the Indian banking environment. His untiring efforts in creating software solutions and being the beacon of light for the entire organization have been instrumental in shaping the organization.
